“When I look in the mirror, I feel like my butt has gotten more flabby, and I do a lot of squats and POP Pilates. But I don't think it's really helping. I have a flat but generally, but I still don't want it "flabby". How can I deal with this situation? :/”

So it’s usually flatter but it’s been growing? I’m a little confused, lol. If you want more butt exercises, you could also try lunges and donkey kicks! Also, work in some cardio to get rid of overall “flab”.
