This looks really unnappealing, haha. It’s peperonata (the sauteed peppers), baked talapia, and lentils/ buckwheat with herbs and leeks. The lentils and buckwheat was sooo good haha I had many more servings. Woohoo ;)
I also had a mixed salad with honey mustard dressing!
