PLEASE DONT LOOK AT THIS IF YOURE EASILY GROSSED OUT

It’s a weird bubble/ blister thing on my foot….

I’m almost too grossed out to look at it myself (I’m extremely squeamish and hate weird body things like this) but I have this huge bubble thing on my toe and it sort of hurts/ feels weird. It’s either from the gym today or the walking I’ve been doing the past few days in keds… what da ef am I supposed to do?

My dad was like “Oh good! We can soak it and then pop it and release the fluids” and that sort of freaked me out and I’m definitely not doing that. I don’t even know if there are “fluids”. I’m taking the pretend-its-not-there approach… Advice?

  2. earthychic answered: I always just toenail clip those off lol
  3. rundance-befree answered: no it really won’t hurt if you pop it! i’ve gotten one of these from getting a burn (it’s like the same, blistery thing) good luck :) haha
  4. pilatesandpassion answered: I got those all the time in indoor! All I did was pop it with a needle to realease the fluids ..it doesn’t hurt because it’s dead skin! :)
  5. f-i-a-t answered: Ohh I got those during xc this year…if it hurts you can poke up with a needle (ew.ow.) if not then just leave it be!
  6. runtohealth answered: You shouldn’t pop it.
  7. in-certamine answered: Don’t pop it, the raw-ness afterwards is really unpleasant. Stick a plaster over it :)
  8. liannajane answered: This happened on my phole foot once! There was nothin’ in it. You can just pop it with a sterile pin and drain it if there’s shit in there.
  9. levesunt answered: I’ve gotten blisters like that from hiking & they did have fluid. I left it alone for 2 weeks then drained it.
  10. illcountthestars answered: Someone told me your not supposed to pop blisters… read mayoclinic.com/health/… Good luck! =)
  11. laurengoeshealthy said: Just leave it alone, no matter hoe much you wanna pop it! I used to get some really gnarley blisters in weird places on my feet from running.
  12. riellose100lbsgoal answered: i think your dad is right and then clean it carefully and put a plaster over it ;) happens to me a lot
  13. aanalog answered: Soaking it in hot water for 15 minutes then popping it would probably be best
  14. cleanclear answered: i have three of those lil guys right now! my game plan is to leave them alone, but id love to know if i should do something else!
  15. eatenhips answered: you should probably listen to your dad, i got one once and there was fluid! ew :(
  16. megangetsfit answered: It’s just a blister :) It’ll go in a few days or might even pop on it’s own lol. Try to not put too much pressure on it!
  17. thevegetarianfashionstudent answered: That’s just a blister me love! I usually burst mine but the way your dad describes sounds good. It doesn’t hurt, just wear a plaster after x
